Job Description

Donnelly Energy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our efforts within PSE&G’s Direct Install program as well as enhance the Donnelly Energy brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for community outreach.

This would be a full-time position based throughout New Jersey, with frequent travel in our main county territories (but not limited to): Morris, Passaic, Burlington, Hunterdon, Monmouth, and Middlesex Counties. Having a reliable vehicle is a requirement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Director in developing engaging and compelling content for various marketing and sales funnels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print collateral.
  • Manage and grow Donnelly Energy's presence on social media platforms. Create and schedule regular posts, monitor engagement, and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, prepare promotional materials, and ensure a seamless experience for participants.
  • Work with Business Development team on managing a small team of Community Outreach Specialists dedicated to lead generating.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Basic graphic design skills to assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and visual content.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media management and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency or sustainability is a plus.

  • Salary commensurate with experience (base + bonus)
  • This role is in-person and based out of our Wayne, NJ office
