Submitting your referral information is voluntary. However, if you do not fully complete all sections of your profile, vendor’s ability to consider you may be limited.
PSE&G Clean Energy Jobs Program employees, participating companies or entities acting on behalf of PSE&G Clean Energy Jobs Program may process or have access to your information. PSE&G Clean Energy Jobs Program takes appropriate technical, organizational, and legal steps to protect your information. The personal data you provide will be processed in the form of databases, where it will be collected in secured files and retained in accordance with applicable law, for a period of three years. You may view and update your account at any time. Please be aware that although you may withdraw your interest at any time, once a referral is submitted, your data will be maintained for a certain time period in accordance with applicable law, even if it is subsequently withdrawn.
