Job Description

Donnelly Energy is looking to hire a data entry assistant to join our team, responsible for inputting and developing energy assessment proposals once data collection and analysis have been executed.

This would be a full-time, in-person position based in our Wayne, NJ office.

Job Responsibilities

• Design models and documentation to calculate proposals and energy savings PSE&G’s Direct Install program through various installation measures: Lighting, Lighting Controls, Heating, Cooling, Refrigeration’s VFDs, Motors, and HVAC Economizers
• Work with energy advisors to collect the necessary information required to input data and identify goals and requirements for each project.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, administration, or a related field required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Excel, MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and CRM platforms
• Data entry experience
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented

Talent and Skills

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in environmentalism, sustainability, and clean energy is a bonus

More About the Position

• Salary commensurate with experience (base + bonus)
• This role is in-person and based out of our Wayne, NJ office
• A gas card will be provided to cover expenses, as well as a monthly car and phone stipend
