Job Description
Donnelly Energy is looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.
This would be a full-time, in-person position based in our Wayne, NJ office.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members in each division (Upper Management, Sales, Business Development, Project Management).
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Liaison between all divisions to ensure customer expectations are being met.
- Track marketing leads and proposals for our eligible customers in PSE&G’s Direct Install program
- Accurately input and update data in CRM system (Salesforce) and in Excel spreadsheets. Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule and coordinate assessments for the Direct Install Program, as well as any internal meetings, conferences, and appointments. Be responsible for daily calendar reporting.
- Work with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to ensure that direct marketing efforts are being coordinated properly and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platform a plus.

- Salary commensurate with experience (base + bonus)
- This would be a full-time paid position out of our home-base office in Wayne, NJ
- A gas card will be provided to cover expenses, as well as a monthly car and phone stipend
