Job Description
We are currently seeking an Energy Project Manager to join our Advanced Energy Team based in Colonie, NY; Boston, MA; or Parsippany, NJ.

At CHA, the Energy Project Manager works diligently to complete complex projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This individual coordinates contracts with the clients and subcontractors, handles purchase orders and daily correspondence, and manages all other project related documents. The professional in this role is also responsible for project financials and managing subcontractor payments.
Additionally, the Energy Project Manager clearly communicates updates to the client, management, and project team, a and attends monthly project review meetings with operations. Our Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Planning, Engineering Management or a related degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- PE or equivalent professional license preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience required; a minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
- Specific experience with electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, energy, renewables, and/or utilities preferred
- Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects required
- Experience managing project accounting processes to include project budgeting, forecasts and cash management required
- Experience understanding and interpreting client contract requirements
- Ability to track and oversee multiple projects required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other management software
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
- Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferred
- Ability to travel (up to 50%) required
