The JPI Group, in partnership with DNV Energy Services USA Inc, is seeking a Jr. Project Coordinator.  Our team supports the implementation of the utility-led Energy Efficiency Incentive programs for business customers. This position is based out of our office which is currently located in Newark, NJ, expected to be moving to Jersey City, NJ in the next 60 days.

Job Description

The JPI Group, in partnership with DNV Energy Services USA Inc, is seeking a Jr. Project Coordinator.  Our team supports the implementation of the utility-led Energy Efficiency Incentive programs for business customers. This position is based out of our office which is currently located in Newark, NJ, expected to be moving to Jersey City, NJ in the next 60 days.

Job Responsibilities

Majority of duties and expectations, but not to be all-inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned

  • Assist Distributors and Manufacturers with the application processes for market-based programs.
  • Refer callers directly to appropriate team members when it is clear they are the next step in the process.
  • Accurately log all calls in CRM so team has access to the latest interaction with customers.
  • Complete all commitments offered to Distributor in a timely manner, i.e. call backs, application referral, email responses, etc.
  • Identify and resolve Distributor issues with professionalism and with the collaboration of cross-functional team members as appropriate.
  • Perform the assigned duties with minimal supervision, but also work in a team problem-solving environment.
  • Follow all policies and guidelines set by company.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company and participant information.

  • Ability to work core business hours, 8am to 5pm or 9am-6pm
