Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and boilers.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Provide field service support for various HVAC applications in a residential setting.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while performing tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years' experience in HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to perform brazing, soldering, and equipment repairs.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC system components, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioning, mini-splits, tanked and tankless water heaters, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various field service environments.
• Clean driving record.
