Title:  HVAC Service Technician - SG Heating and Air Conditioning

Skills and Qualifications

• Respond to service requests from residential customers, following dispatch, by taking appropriate action, including diagnosis and repair 
• Perform routine maintenance tune-ups on Heating & Cooling systems and generators twice a year for customers  
• 3+ years previous experience in HVAC or other related fields 
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Previous experience providing services in a residential sales and service environment

• Ability to follow proper safety techniques, policies and procedures. 
• Attention to detail and a desire to get every job done right the first time. 
• Ability to handle physical workload (e.g., maneuvering heavy objects, climbing ladders, working in small spaces) 
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
