Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support the Program Manager and Project Manager to fulfill requirements of the program contract.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage document control and maintain an organized electronic filing system.
  • Use tracking tools to monitor project and program level details for reporting.
  • Data entry using internal applications and program provided portal
  • Attending meetings to provide support within the program
  • Work with the Project Manager on tasks through the completion of a project
  • Work with the Program Manager on tasks to meet all requirements of the contract

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • New Jersey Resident
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
  • Minimum of 3 years of Energy Efficiency experience, 5+ years preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of utility incentive program experience

Professional Skills

  • Must work at an expert level of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess strong data entry skills
  • Possess positive and self-confident phone presence
  • Strong verbale and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized
  • Self motivated

Relevant Experience

The employee must have experience working in an office environment both independently as well as within a team structure. Additionally, the employee must have experience in Energy Efficiency and working on utility offered incentive programs.

Physical Abilities

Ability to sit or stand for an extended period with visual, oral, and auditory requirements to carry out tasks of the role. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.  

Work Environment

Facility Solutions Group provides each employee with a dedicated workstation to carry out their duties. Each workstation is equipped with dual computer monitors and height adjustable sit/stand desk. The office offers numerous conference/breakout rooms to allow for team collaboration and meetings.

Miscellaneous Job Information

Office based Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm with working hour flexibility to be 7am – 3pm, 8am – 4pm, or 9am – 5pm standard schedule.
