Title:  HVAC Service Technician (Level I) - YUHAN

Job Description

Proficient in performing precision tune-ups with the ability to perform minor HVAC repairs. Working with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Accel in communication and follow through to properly complete the task at hand and most importantly "Deliver Exceptional Customer Service" by establishing a great rapport with the customer.

Job Responsibilities

•  Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
•  Establish a great rapport with the customer
•  Ability to perform minor service repairs on HVAC equipment
•  Proficient in sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements
•  Perform Preventative Maintenance
•  Ability to complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
•  Ability to adapt to changes
•  Follow all standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 Year HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Repair experience
• EPA certified
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Criminal History Background Check

• Able to adapt and work in extreme temperatures
• Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops,

• Able to work extended daily work hours
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call
